i built a 2180cc, dual weber carbs, big header system, comp 44 heads with huge valves w/dual springs, ratio rockers, built trans. first engine i built and its a beast, for such a small car

thats pretty legit man, i just got done building a bored out stroker engine for my 67 bug pushin close to 200hp got it lowered 3in and disc brakes, cant wait till i get the body work done and can drive it

no but i had 38x15.5s with stock 3.73 gears. it would barely tow with those tires now it tows like a champ, and i can break the tires loose in my economy tune even, try doing that with edge. your lucky to get 60hp extra with an edge but with a TW chip you can get a true 100+hp

huge difference. i couldnt even break the tires loose with the edge on level 5. now i can break the tires loose on any tune plus it tunes the transmission as well so it has better shifts

yea you do unless its over 14000lbs then you have different smog requirements. trust me my buddies dad owns a smog shop. ive got a 3/4 ton f250 anyways

yea IDI 7.3s were pre 95, but yea with over 200k there will be other issues not the engine. ive got 90k on mine and already had to replace the trans, and balljoints

You will love the tunes. It amazing how fast a 8k + lb. Truck can accelerate
